Initially engaged to cover maternity leave, Siobháin worked as part of the Brand team to conduct a comprehensive review of in-branch customer journey and experience resulting in the crafting of a refreshed in-store communications strategy aligned to the Vodafone global brand guidelines.
An audit of the internal process to curate and create content for both in-store and monthly product catalogue from across the various product segments was carried out. This exercise resulted in the implementation of a suite of recommendations designed to create a fluid and time-sensitive process to delive retail comms. This also enabled greater efficiencies and with full stakeholder approval.
